As Director and CFO, I have led complex transformations through clear strategy development, strong teambuilding, structured change management, and decisive execution. Through this, I have come to deeply value collaboration with key stakeholders — from employees and works councils/ unions to suppliers/ customers, investors/ banks, governmental bodies and (Supervisory) Board Members.
At the current stage of my career, I am motivated to apply my experience more broadly as a Non-Executive Director. I am particularly drawn to companies that are evolving, growing or facing significant change.
I have built supervisory experience as member of the Supervisory Board at Budé Holding and as Statutory Director at Euramax and DSM Netherlands. In addition, I have also served on advisory committees for Chemelot/ Limburg Ventures and the Brightlands Chemelot Campus. Further to this, I joined the Supervisory Board of Skils, Cultura Nova and Vaeshartelt.
Beyond financial and strategic expertise, I bring perspective: the ability to step back, see the bigger picture, and help define what a company truly needs to achieve sustainable progress.

I bring over 25 years of experience in internationally operating companies, across industries including Automotive, Building & Construction, Electrical & Electronics, Life Sciences, ICT Services, Real Estate, and Retail.
